I am a failure.

xwhere-the-lonely-roamx:

Have you ever cried so much that your eyes get so swollen, and your head hurts so bad, it’s throbbing and you feel if you continue crying your head will explode? But you just can’t stop and it hurts, it hurts so much it aches in your bones, you feel it in your soul and you swear the pain itself is enough to kill you but it doesn’t and after you’re done crying you just lay there feeling so damn numb and empty?

If so I am so so sorry.

It feels like everyone else is moving on with their lives while I am stuck here in this hole that I can’t climb out of.

“People don’t like you when you’re sad. People don’t like when you’re breaking down and asking for help. People don’t like it when you cry and say you’ve had enough. People don’t want to be around people that are sad and I guess that’s just the nature of people. So if you ever find someone that cares about you enough to stay during the bad times, keep them. They’re rare, and a lot of us are searching for these kind of people right now.”

— A reminder to appreciate those who stuck by you during your lowest moments.

“I stopped telling people that I was okay. I started reaching out for help. I started opening up, but what I didn’t realize was that it didn’t matter whether you tell them or not. They will never care enough to be there.”

— notes from the mentally ill girl
